At MENTALVKTM, we strive to get your order into your hands as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping timelines and international policies below to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

SHIPPING TIMELINES

  • Domestic Shipments (USA): Most in-stock items typically arrive within 1–2 weeks of your order date.

  • Pre-Orders: Items marked as Pre-Order have a specific production window. Please allow 6–8 weeks for these items to ship, as they are often made-to-order or part of a limited-run production.

  • International Shipments: Delivery times for orders outside of the United States vary significantly depending on the courier and destination country.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS & DUTIES

MENTALVKTM ships worldwide, but please be aware of your local regulations.

Customs, VAT, and Import Fees: All international customers are fully liable for any VAT, GST, duties, or customs fees imposed by their respective countries. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of these charges before placing your order. MENTALVKTM is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for packages returned due to unpaid fees.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive your notification.
